Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine
Since its debut in 2001, Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine has redefined
fine
dining in Fort Worth with a bold, farm-to-table philosophy. Chef Jon Bonnell crafts a one-of-a-kind
experience, showcasing certified Texas organic beef, wild game specialties, and fresh Gulf seafood.
His award-winning dishes blend Southwestern, Creole, and Mexican influences, creating a distinctive
Texas flavor that has made Bonnell’s a premier culinary destination.
Committed to supporting local farmers and ranchers, Bonnell’s sources wagyu beef, venison, quail,
wild boar, fish, oysters, cheeses, and fresh herbs directly from Texas. This dedication to quality
has earned the restaurant Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence every year since 2004 and consistent
recognition among Texas’ top dining establishments by Zagat. More than just a restaurant, Bonnell’s
is a celebration of Texas ingredients and culinary heritage.
Buffalo Bros
Buffalo Bros was founded in 2007 to bring the authentic flavors and spirit of Buffalo, New York to North Texas. Inspired by the “City of Good Neighbors,” we created a welcoming neighborhood hangout where great food, cold beer, and a love of sports bring people together.
Our menu features iconic Western New York favorites like authentic Buffalo wings, Beef on Weck, Sahlen hot dogs, bison French onion chip dip, and more — all paired with an extensive draft beer selection and a lively game-day atmosphere.
What started near TCU has grown to include locations in Sundance Square and our newest spot in Old Town Burleson. Wherever you visit us, you’ll find the same bold flavors, friendly service, and community spirit that make Buffalo Bros your new favorite spot to hang out.
Jon’s Grille: A True Taste of Texas
Jon’s Grille is the newest concept from Fort Worth Chef Jon Bonnell, created alongside his brother Dr. Ric Bonnell and partner Chef Ed McOwen of the Bonnell’s Restaurant Group. Built on a true ranch-to-table philosophy, Jon’s Grille showcases the best of Texas with locally sourced food, beer, and spirits from across the Lone Star State.
This fast-casual spot delivers bold Texas flavors in a fun, family-friendly setting, complete with big-screen TVs perfect for catching the game. The menu features Chef Jon’s signature burger program—choose the third-pound Flatty or half-pound Fatty—alongside hickory-smoked Akaushi brisket, Texas sausage, barbecue plates, fresh salads, specialty spuds, and crave-worthy snacks.
Behind the bar, you’ll find 32 Texas beers on tap, a full bar with craft cocktails made from Texas spirits, and hand-spun milkshakes—which can always be made boozy for those feeling adventurous.
Great Texas food, cold drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere—Jon’s Grille has something for everyone.
